We have 17 hotel rooms (15 en-suite & 2 with a shared facilities) with prices starting from only £40 per night (see prices below).

The Kings is within walking distance of the restaurants, nightlife, and local gardens that make the 'Old Town' so special.

Monday-Friday: 7.30pm-10.30am
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-10am


All en-suite rooms have a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

The above tariff is per room per night based on two people sharing except for single occupancy rates and includes accommodation, breakfast, VAT & car parking. 

A 24-hour cancellation period is required. 

GUEST NOTICE
We would like to remind all guests that the Kings Arms is a late night music venue, and can be noisy on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
On Wednesday and Thursday nights, music is played in venue next door until 2am (can sometimes be heard from certain rooms).
On Friday and Saturday nights, music will be played in the venue until 3am.
On Sunday nights, a live band performs up until 11pm. (bank holidays music until 2am)

PARKING
There is a car park located at the rear of the hotel, and residents will be provided with a parking permit upon check in. Postcode for carpark SN1 3EY, turning just beside Cricklade Court.

CHECK IN & OUT
Check in is from 2pm until 10pm.
Check out is by 11am.
